Description:

The Kaon-X is a Nidecker team favorite that’s loaded with tech, offering an ideal blend of playfulness, comfort and response. Performance begins with fit, so we’ve matched the baseplate and hiback to the shape of our boots using an asymmetric design we call FlowFit™. Together with the AuxTech® straps – which use an exclusive hinged pattern to wrap evenly around your foot – the system delivers a super snug fit and awesome edge control.

When you want to lay down some looser, surf-style turns or get creative in the park, the Kaon-X has all the tweakability you need. It’s a classic two-strap model, with lightweight materials throughout and enough lateral flex to bone tricks out. Bomb-proof aluminium Axion-Ratchets can take the heaviest of knocks and enable lightning fast entry and exit time after time. We’ve capped it off with a full length EVA footbed to soak up landings, including 2-degrees of in-built canting for improved ergonomics. A great value platform for progression.

	EXOFRAME The ExoFrame ankle-strap is an injected TPU frame with the same 3D hinged Auxetic pattern as the Hexo Toecap that form fits perfectly to your boot. The ankle ExoSpine is suspended over the ExoFrame strap to lock in your boot for unequalled comfort and performance.
	STRAP HEXO TOECAP The ExoFrame ankle-strap is an injected TPU frame with the same 3D hinged Auxetic pattern as the Hexo Toecap that form fits perfectly to your boot. The ankle ExoSpine is suspended over the ExoFrame strap to lock in your boot for unequalled comfort and performance.
	BUCKLES AXION-RATCHETS Based on a tried and true design, the Nidecker Axion-Ratchet with an aluminium lever is smooth as butter to get you in and out of your straps with ease.
	ASYM HADRON-HIGHBACK The Hadron-Hiback is an asymmetrical one-piece UniBack molded from a tough nylon. It delivers a smooth balance of support, comfort and a perfect fit with our Nidecker asymmtrical boot cuffs and your legs at canted riding angles
